Relevant Information for Auditors

The following is a brief overview with respect to confidentiality.

SAP Concur Verify automates processes and help auditors do their jobs faster and more accurately. Auditors with long lists of flags have found the product to be cumbersome, requiring the need to scroll up and down to view the pertinent information.

I was assigned to improve existing interactions on the verify report screens and add additional functionality to help bring relevant information to auditors. As the lead product designer, my role included UX research/testing, prototyping, owning the designs from concept to delivery for the verify reports experience, and delivering bi-weekly sprint deliverables to our tech partners.

Furthermore, having introduced a new UI component, I worked closely with the design system team and designers across multiple products to ensure the component was extensive enough to be consumed by other designers and development teams.
