With SAP Concur’s outdated travel booking experience, many travellers were opting for alternative sites to book their work trips. This led to a decrease in productivity from both travellers and accounting teams, loss of automation between travel and SAP Concur expense, loss of visibility on real-time spending, and increased chances of scam and fraud.

I was assigned to redesign the entire travel checkout experience. As the lead product designer, my role included UX research/testing, prototyping, owning the designs from concept to delivery for the entire travel checkout experience, synching with all travel designers to ensure the checkout experience worked across all travel verticals (flights, hotels, rental cars, rail, etc.), and delivering bi-weekly sprint deliverables to stakeholders.
