Bulk Budget Approval

The following is a brief overview with respect to confidentiality.

Usability studies reveal that 100% of employees, including both individual contributors and managers, seek budget approval in various ways, ranging from verbal requests to emails. However, there is no current method in SAP Concur Request to efficiently request budget for a group of people.

I was tasked with designing an entirely new experience for requesting budget for one to many that can be consumed within a duration of time. The experience must work with the existing SAP Concur Request experiences and configurations.

Furthermore, having introduced new UI component, I am working closely with the design system team and designers across multiple products to ensure the component was extensive enough to be consumed by other designers and development teams.
